HR
HR plans are vital to any and every organisation these HR plans are needed to run a business successfully without these plans then the business will fail and cease to exist.
Human Resources plans;
- Recruitment and Selection
- Training and re-training
- Career progression
- Transfers and redeployment
- Early retirement
- Succession planning
- Expected skills shortages
- Anticipated redundancies
- Retention difficulties
If human resources do not have these plans set up then as you can see the business will not have any recruitment and selection programme for any new employees that wish to join the business this will mean the business will lose out on possible good employees. There will be no training for the already employed employees which means they will not be able to use any new equipment that may take their industry by storm as they will not be able to receive the necessary training to use it. Without HR plans there will be a lot of things a business would not be able to do which would mean the business is likely to fail.
